For Valentine Day- Miss Flower
I made a cheesecake and decorating with dry fruit of raspberry . Of course, the best stars are macarons. They look great on the cheese cake.
When I making this cake, I thought about someone who is the most important person of my life. I wanna say something to her in this blog.
Don't feel disappointed, there is still a hands in front of you.
May be the reality make you sad, and your dream lost its way.
Never forget that you have got me.
Just love, believe love can give you power.
You know you are great, I always be sure this.
Dream can take you to go further.
Trust yourself, hold on step.
May be you have thought that one day you would make this world different.
But it's not just imagine.
Open your wings, and you will fly to the mountain top to see the wide world, and shouting loudly 'you did it'.
Because love is a beautiful faith.

Simple French Macaron Recipe
Ingredient (about 15 macarons)

· 45g almond flour
· 38g egg whites, room temperature
· 15g superfine sugar
· 45g almond flour

· 15g superfine sugar
STEP:

flour in a food processor until combined. Sift mixture 2 times.
2.
Preheat confection oven to 320F degrees.
Whisk whites with a mixer on medium speed until foamy. Add 1/3 superfine sugar,
and whisk until soft peaks form. Reduce speed to low, then add 2/3 superfine sugar
and artificial color that you favorite. Increase speed to high, and whisk until
stiff peaks form, about 8 minutes. Sift flour mixture over whites, and fold
until mixture is smooth and shiny.
3.
Transfer batter to a pastry bag fitted
with a 1/2-inch plain round tip, and pipe 3/4-inch rounds 1 inch apart on
non-stick baking sheets, dragging pastry tip to the side of rounds rather than
forming peaks. Tap bottom of each sheet on work surface to release trapped air.
Let them dry at room temperature for 15-30 minutes. Be sure the shell has been dried.
BAKE

the feet of macaron appear at first 2 minutes.Sunday, February 9, 2014
The date with Macaron
Milano Love Macaron
I love macaron, and prefer to feel the happiness of tasting macaron.
When I was a child, I had a dream to be a designer , designing whatever things I like perfect. However, I have not chosen any subjects about designer in my education.
But one day, I found this cookie with cute feature and nice color, which attracted me very much. That is macaron .
I learned it, and repeat and repeat doing it.
I believe that making macaron would be possible for me to realize my dream of designer a sweet designer who could create many different flavor and beautiful features.

Poached egg simple but not easy
Sometimes, the smaller thing is not as simple as we thought ! Such as this poached egg, I did three times, and made perfect one at the third time.
Someone asked me why are you interested in poached egg most? I replied I just wanted make it perfect ! The small things included challenge. I'd like to do anything that full fill with challenges, which bring me exciting and happiness when I accomplish it. That's my personality
First , I'd like challenge . The second, I prefer making to eating. I enjoy the processs that all food are assembled to a dish, and I could organize enerything well. The dish looks like a art work that I can't waiting to shot them.
I alway like taking pictures for my cooking work. Different position, different distance, result in different food photos. They look beautiful and adorable in my iPhone Camera.
Let's see inside. It's so perfect that yolk likes melted butter get out slowly.
Put it into mouth, the tongue could feel it is soft and smooth. What wonderful morning, what perfect breakfast.
I love life, simple but flavor.
